By using Classy Babie services, you agree to follow these Wellness Rules and Regulations. Violation of these Rules and Regulations may result in removal from this wellness studio and/or suspension or cancellation of your visit without refund. As used herein, "we" includes Classy Babie, LLC and any operating pursuant to any agreement with Classy Babie, LLC and "Wellness Studio" or "Spa" includes any wellness or spa studio operating pursuant to any agreement with Classy Babie, LLC.
We make no diagnosis concerning your health or the health of your child. We are not performing your ultrasound looking for any abnormalities and/or any other health related factors that could be preexisting at the time of your visit with us. We are an elective 3D/4D ultrasound facility for purposes of obtaining photos and video solely as a bonding experience between you and your baby. We make no diagnosis during your ultrasound concerning you or the health of your child. Your doctor will order a medical diagnostic ultrasound usually around 20 weeks, to do measurements and check on baby's health and well being. This will be performed at a medical facility by a medical ultrasound technician, read by a licensed radiologist. "We do not provide medical diagnostic ultrasound at our facility nor will we be looking for anomalies."
A therapeutic massage is not a substitute for traditional medical treatment or medications. Our massage therapist do not diagnose illnesses or injuries, or prescribe medications. You must have clearance from my physician to receive massage therapy.

It is very important that you inform your massage therapist of all medical conditions and medications your taking, and there may be additional risks based on your physical condition. if you are experiencing any discomfort during your massage session inform you massage therapist immediately so that he/she may adjust accordingly.
For the safety of the customer and the employees, to enter the Classy Babie studio, there will be a temperature check at the door, a series of COVID-19 related questions, all clients plus their guests must wear a mask. We are asking if you or anyone that will be attending your appointment who has traveled out of the country in the past 2 months and has flu like symptoms i.e. cough, body aches, fever, etc. or has tested positive for Covid-19 that they refrain from attending your appointment.
Classy Babie will deep clean our studio before and after each appointment. All customer appointments must arrive at the scheduled time to allow rooms and equipment to be thoroughly sanitized.
We request that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow time to fill out any required paperwork. We understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment. However, we ask that you call to inform us if this ever occurs so we can do our best to accommodate you. Appointment times are reserved for each client, so oftentimes we cannot exceed that reserved time without making the next client late. For this reason, arriving after your appointment time may result in loss of time from your massage so that your session ends at the scheduled times. Full-service fees will be charged even when sessions are shortened due to late arrival. In return we will do our best to be on time, and if we are unable to do so we will add time to your session to make up for our late arrival or adjust the service charge accordingly.
We ask that you give us 24 hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. In order to be respectful of the needs of other clients, we have a 24 hour cancellation/reschedule policy. All appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to appointment time may be subject to 25% of services to be rendered or a minimum $20. If you have purchased a promotional service through a third party (i.e. Groupon) you must schedule your appointment with a card on file. If the third-party client does not show or cancel your appointment after 24 hours from your appointment time the wellness studio will charge the card on file the deposit amount scheduled for the appointment. Please check with your third party for no show and late cancellation policy.
Please always keep all valuables and personal items with you while inside of the wellness facility. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
We understand that sometimes the baby might not be in the perfect position. For all packages that apply, we will offer one complimentary re-scan in the event that we cannot determine gender at 14+ weeks and are unable to get clear partial face images of your baby. There is never a guarantee that our technicians will be able to get full face images for any of our sessions. All re-scans must be booked the following weekend between the hours of 11am-4pm. In order to be respectful of the needs of other clients, we have a 24 hour cancellation/reschedule policy. All appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to appointment time may be subject to 25% of services to be rendered or a minimum $20. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Massage & Spa
All service sales and gift card sales are final. Retail items can only be refunded if unused, in its original packaging, and presented with a receipt within 14 days of purchase. In some situations, a restocking fee will be charged. Refunds will be issued in Store credit only. Store credit must be used the same day as the return. Gift Cards are non-refundable.
All clients should arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to their scheduled service time to ensure full enjoyment of their complete session duration. New clients must fill out the intake forms within the 10-15 minutes prior to their scheduled session.
All massage and spa sessions include five minutes before the hands-on portion begins and five minutes after the hands-on portion is over, for consultation and dressing.
Clients who arrive late for their scheduled session your appointment time may result in loss of time from your massage so that your session ends at the scheduled times. Full-service fees will be charged even when sessions are shortened due to late arrival.
All clients must check out for all services received with the front desk prior to leaving the wellness premises.
Classy Babie accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Mobile pay, and Classy Babie gift cards. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Classy Babie gift cards may be purchased online at classybabie.com. gift cards are non-refundable. The client must provide proof of gift card at the time of checkout. Having a number written down is not sufficient and will not be accepted as a form of payment. Balances can be checked by visiting Classy Babie, or calling our wellness studio.
Gift cards may not be used to purchase other gift cards.
We reserve the right to deactivate, cancel or suspend any gift card if we suspect fraud, unlawful activity, or improper gift card.
When scheduling an appointment a deposit is required. If you do not show for your appointment or cancel the appointment inside of the aforementioned Cancellation Policy time frame (see Cancellation Policy above), the wellness studio will not return the deposit. This is to compensate the service provider and the wellness studio for the lost appointment that could have been rescheduled if policy were followed by the scheduled client. If you have purchased a promotional discounted service from a third party (i.e Groupon) and you no-show for your appointment or cancel your appointment inside of the aforementioned Cancellation Policy time frame, the wellness studio will charge your card on file for the deposit amount required for the service scheduled. You canreview your third party policy in regards to no-shows and late cancellations.
